Yellow Curry or Aromatic Curry is called Gaeng Gari in Thai. It is a rich and creamy curry and is one of the most popular Thai street foods for local Thai people. It's not uncommon to be served with cucumber relish.

How to use:
Ideally used with potato; pumpkin; sweet potato; carrot; baby corn; cauliflower or broccoli and firm tofu or textured soy protein. Potato is commonly added and served with steamed rice.
